Adult Residential Room Fees (Single Rooms)

1st January to 5th June 2021  £126 – £216 per week (based on room size)

Summer period (6th June to 28th August 2021) £158 – £251 per week (based on room size)

Second or third person occupancy £67 supplement per extra person per week

Accommodation arrangement fees charged for all accommodation at £80 per room.

Adult Residential Facilities

There are five bedrooms and a communal kitchen/dining room which is equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine (clothes), dishwasher, tumble-dryer, iron & ironing board.  There is free wi-fi, a TV and DVD player for students to share. There is access to a BBQ in the communal gardens and areas to sit and socialise outside.
